5. About account cancellation
You can cancel your account. (Click My-Settings-Cancel Account) After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products and/or services, and according to your request, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will delete your personal information. After receiving your account cancellation request, if we need to manually handle it, we promise to complete the verification and processing within 15 working days.
